*  The Association shall maintain, operate and keep in good repair, the common areas, including any and all signature entranceways, lawn and entrance irrigation system, street signs, sidewalks, community buildings/structures and recreational facilities.  In addition, the Association shall provide grass and landscape maintenancE to each dwelling.  Such maintenance, however, shall not include replacement of shrubbery or trees, but is limiteD to normal fertilization, irrigation, re-seeding and cutting of lawns and trimming of shrubbery.
