“I have seen the proposed plan for developing the Boone Gardiner property into commercial space as proposed by the Blacketer organization, and believe that this development is well conceived. There is a distinct lack of shopping convenience for residents of Gardiner Park, the PoloFields, Locust Creek, and surrounding area. The plan appears to be tastefully done, and should enhance the area. When an area lacks necessary infrastructure, including shopping, and then those items are added, this tends to increase property values in the surrounding area, and I would expect that this situation will be no different. The Blacketer plan would appear to be the highest and best use of the Boone Gardiner property.”

“Gardiner Park is a fabulous community and certainly would benefit from having a commercial area with specialty stores nearby. The convenience of shopping in your neighborhood brings back memories of years past when you could stop by your local market to pick up last minute items while seeing friends and talking to the local merchants. Perhaps, you enjoy having morning coffee at your local restaurant. I feel this would greatly enhance the overall community.”

“Gardiner Park brings a whole new perspective to condo living - from it's beautiful lake & common areas to the spectacular executive condominiums. As a neighboring resident in Locust Creek, I am excited about the future growth east of the Gene Snyder along with the proposed shopping village.”
